Article 2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between EUROPANN' NATIONS and any adult natural person acting in a personal capacity via the website www.europann.com.
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3. Products
The products offered are those appearing on the website on the day of consultation, subject to available stock.
Photographs are non-contractual.
In the event of unavailability after order validation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded within a maximum period of 14 days.
Article 4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (incl. VAT).
Delivery charges are specified before final order validation.
EUROPANN' NATIONS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order validation.
Products remain the property of the seller until full payment of the price.
Article 5. Order
Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.europann.com.
The Customer:
- selects their products,
- validates their cart,
- enters their details,
- accepts the GTC,
- proceeds to payment.
Validation of payment constitutes conclusion of the contract.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
EUROPANN' NATIONS reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute, non-payment, or suspected fraud.
Article 6. Payment
Payment is made immediately by bank card via a secure system.
Transactions are secured by SSL protocol and an approved banking provider.
No banking data is retained by EUROPANN' NATIONS.

Article 7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated when placing the order.
Indicative timeframes:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 3 to 8 business days
- International: variable depending on destination
In the event of significant delay, the Customer may request termination of the contract in accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code.
Risks are transferred to the Customer upon receipt of the product.
Article 8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
The Customer must notify their decision by email or via the contact form.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused.
Return costs are borne by the Customer except in the case of a defective product or seller error.
Refunds are issued within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned products or proof of their dispatch.
Article 9. Legal Warranties
The Customer benefits from:
- the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code),
- the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with legal provisions.
Article 10. Personal Data – GDPR
EUROPANN' NATIONS collects the data necessary to process orders.
Legal basis:
- performance of the contract,
- consent (newsletter),
- legal obligations.
Retention period:
- customer data: 5 years after the last order,
- accounting data: 10 years.
The Customer has the following rights:
- access,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- objection,
- restriction,
- portability.

The Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL (French data protection authority) in the event of a dispute.
Article 11. Cookies
The website uses technical, analytical, and marketing cookies.
Consent is obtained via a GDPR-compliant banner.
The Customer may change their preferences at any time.
Article 12. Liability
EUROPANN' NATIONS cannot be held liable for:
- internet network disruptions,
- cases of force majeure,
- indirect damages.
The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 13. Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

Article 14. Force Majeure
The seller's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Article 15. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law.
